We are still accepting returns as usual, we have extended our returns policy to 60 days for orders processed after 16th March 2020 as we understand it may be a difficult time for you to return your items. For all items before that date, the 30-day window still applies. 

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 60 days* of purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process the return once it’s been received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.


We are sorry that you received a faulty item!

It may not be necessary for you to process a return and could, in fact, slow things down. 

Please contact customer support here and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.

    1. Contact customer service with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return by clicking here and filling out the form.
    2. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.**
    3. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

    AYBL does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.beaybl.com to submit a new order for your new items.

    We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. Please contact us and we will send you a returns form to fill out.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. 

    Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off. 

    We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    **AYBL is not able to generate return labels for international shipments. International customers will be responsible for return shipments.

    AYBL is not responsible for any lost international returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
