How will Brexit affect my shopping journey on

The UK will leave the EU from 1st January 2021 and we want to reassure you that we have worked hard so your customer experience is not impacted by this, and you can shop with us as usual. Will I be charged VAT on my order?

No, you will not be charged for any VAT. AYBL will take care of this for you.

* Exception. We are currently experiencing difficulties with covering VAT to Republic of Ireland. Please message our customer support and they will be happy to answer any questions.

Will your product prices increase?

No. There will be no changes to our product prices as a result of Brexit.

Will the shipping cost increase?

There may be a small increase to shipping in your country. We have tried to avoid changes as much as possible, please check out our delivery page to check prices for your country. We are constantly reviewing this and will always do our best to provide a great value service.

Will my parcel take longer to arrive?

We have worked hard with our delivery partners to ensure there is no impact to delivery times. If there are any unexpected delays we will communicate this with you.

Will you still ship to my country?

We will still deliver worldwide to over 150 countries. Please see our delivery page to check if your country is available.

Can I still return any unwanted parcels?

Yes! Returning parcels will remain the same.
