When with the sale go live?

Our sale will start Monday 8th November - 7PM GMT

When will the sale end?

There is no set end date to the sale but this depends on stock. We recommend snapping up those bargains whilst you can!

What discounts will you be offering during the sale?

During the sale, we'll be offering up to 50% off site wide.

Will I be able to Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes, our Buy Now Pay Later options will be operating as usual. 

Can you change my order if I've made a mistake?

We understand that mistakes happen when ordering. The best thing to do is to contact a member of our Customer Service team as soon as possible by sending a DM on Instagram or Twitter, or emailing support@beaybl.com.

Will there be shipping delays?

Due to high volume of orders throughout the sale, there may be shipping delays. We'll be working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, and you should receive a dispatch email and tracking link within 24 hours.

What does it mean if my order has been 'partially allocated'? 

Please don't worry if your order has been partially allocated. Although this is rare, this means that due to the large number of orders, an item has been oversold and is no longer in stock. If this happens, the item will be automatically refunded and you will still receive the rest of your order. We understand this may be inconvenient, but if you sign up to the 'back in stock' notification, we'll let you know when you can re-purchase your item.

Will you be offering next day delivery during the sale?

Yes - next day delivery will be available to choose at the checkout.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Can I still get discounts on an order I placed before the sale?

Unfortunately, only items purchased during the sale qualify for discounts. We are not able to apply a discount to orders placed before the sale.

Am I guaranteed the item added to my basket before the sale?

Unfortunately, no item is guaranteed until the purchase is complete at checkout. Whilst this is a good way to be prepared and get to the checkout quicker, make sure you're quick to avoid someone else grabbing an item before you do!
